This blog was created with the intention of giving you a better understanding of the book, The Secret Life of Bees, and to (hopefully) increase and prolong your enjoyment of the book by giving you an unique and introspective look into the lives of the characters and what they may have been thinking.
This blog also aims to present food for thought by focusing on the themes, symbols, and motifs within the book and providing interpretations of them to help you come to your own conclusions.
This blog takes the characters from the book and presents them as a circle of bloggers, posting what I and other readers interpreted their thoughts to be on important occurrences in the book. This may be in the form of related videos, images, or dialogue.

Of course, because I am not actually any of the characters, I can not say for sure that their responses would be exactly the same, but i assure you I have both read the book and done my research to portray them as accurately as possible.
